1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ConstructWeb's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
ConstructWeb provides construction operations software including Material Tracking Log (MTL) and Submittal Reviewer. Services integrate with Procore via authorized OAuth connections.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Procore Integration
Use of ConstructWeb's Procore integration is subject to Procore's Terms of Service. ConstructWeb is not affiliated with Procore Technologies, Inc.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ConstructWeb to violate any applicable law, infringe on third-party rights, or transmit malicious code. We reserve the right to suspend accounts in violation of these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConstructWeb shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
